The great, incomparable, adjective Peter King came by Razzball HQ (virtually) and answered some hard-hitting questions.  I wasn’t wearing a shirt for the interview, but you get the sense from the astute nature of my questions that I had on a shirt.  Maybe even one that buttoned down.  *thinking*  Nope, just a t-shirt.  Let’s not oversell things here.  At Razzball, we like your expectations low.  According to Peter’s Wikipedia page though, there’s no reason to lower expectations.  A quick perusal shows he’s an American sportswriter.  He writes for Sports Illustrated and has numerous stories about Brett Favre.   Geez, Wikipedia’s like a smart person’s Mad Libs.  Why do they underline so many things?  Oh, those are links!  We talked a little about football even though that’s not a very popular sport.  *checking notes*  Hmm, turns out it is, but whatever!  We also talked fantasy baseball.  Since he’s started reading Razzball, he’s placed in all of his leagues! (Let’s not talk about where he’s placed, okay?)  Anyway, here’s the Razzball Podcast, now with Peter King:

Peter King calls NFL's Bountygate evidence "compelling"

Earlier in the day, the NFL gave 12 reporters the same Bountygate evidence presentation they gave the players. Early returns from the presentation are coming in, and it would seem that the NFL may have some ground to stand on. SI's Peter King is one of the most respected sports journalists in the business, and he said via Twitter the evidence is "explosive" and "...

Peter King Is Quasi-Cable Famous

It’s quite possible you missed Peter King’s appearance last night on “Necessary Roughness” because you were busy at the time watching the new “Futurama” or engaging in one of several million other, better uses of your time, but that’s why we here at KSK fast forward through crappy USA Network dramas so you don’t have to. So here’s his 15-second cameo on the show...

King: I think the Browns should hang onto Colt McCoy, But…

In his most recent Monday Morning Quarterback Column, Sports Illustrated’s Peter King (once again) weighs in on the Colt McCoy situation in Cleveland, this time, giving the third-year quarterback a vote of confidence. “I think the Browns should hang onto Colt McCoy,” writes King. ”I do like Brandon Weeden, but how sure a thing is he? And if he plays poorly over the next...

Media members believe Kevin Zeitler was best offensive lineman in draft

The Cincinnati Bengals angered a good number of fans during the first round when they passed on Stanford offensive guard David DeCastro, allowing him to slide to their arch nemeses, the Pittsburgh Steelers. Instead of going after DeCastro, they decided to trade down from pick 21 to pick 27 and select Wisconsin guard Kevin Zeitler. Many questioned the move at the time, but the Bengals...

KSK Exklusive: Second Saints Bounty Slide Revealed

The NFL was finally forced to turn over some of its evidence of the Saints bounty system, showing some of it to the NFLPA, but leaving most of the nuggets for a presentation at league headquarters for the inner circle of NFL media whoredom, including our beloved mayor of Precociousville, Peter King. The details that came of that presentations are relatively sparse, but the highlights...

All Is Right With The World When Eli Manning Is Pushing Pampers

We gave Peter King grief for gushing over how adorbz Eli Manning and his daughter were throwing out the opening pitch at Sunday’s Mets game. We still don’t care about Daddy-Daughter Day at the ballpark, but we were thrilled when a reader pointed out that Elisha was wearing a f*cking PAMPERS POLO SHIRT. That’s just perfect. All in all, it’s been a terrific off-season for...

Roger Goodell Releases ‘Explosive’ Evidence Against Saints To Reporters

After the hearing, the NFL brought in 12 reporters, including Peter King of SI.com, Mike Freeman of CBS Sports and Bob Glauber of Newsday.com. According to several of those reporters, what the league presented was explosive, compelling, and quite damning. "First, [a] good chunk of the NFL's evidence came from Saints own computer system," Freeman wrote on Twitter. "...
