The Redskins Youth Report is a weekly feature article here at DC Pro Sports Report. This is our 7th year writing it, previous years at a Redskins site. We track each week the progress of the rookies and second year players and give them an PLUS (meaning their performance is rising), Neutral (which you can be looked up at Webster's dictionary if you can't figure it out) or MINUS (meaning performance is going down hill). You may find our ratings a bit conservative, but thats the way we write this article. We don't take lightly moving players up and down the scale here.
