The Sporting News had a feature today where they ranked the recent college coaching hires in a confidence poll. The poll went from 16, expected to do the best, to 1, obviously expected to do the worst. This probably wouldn't be much of a post if I didn't write another sentence and then tell you where they ranked Tuberville.  The Sporting News ranked Oregon's new coach Mark Helfrich #16, which means they think he's going to have a lot of success at Oregon. That is understandable. Willie Taggart is next up. Butch Jones is in at #12. Kliff Kingsbury is 10. Colorado's new coach is 8. Mark Stoops at UK is 4th.  Before we find out where Tuberville ranks, SI's Stewart Mandel graded the new coaching hires. He gave out a lot of A's and B's. There was some concern after Cibolo Steele head coach Mike Jinks was hired as running backs coach by new Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury that the Red Raiders might make a push for Jordan Sterns, the high school All-State performer from Cibolo Steele. But after Sterns visit this weekend that isn't going to happen, according to the Oklahoma State commitment.
