PLAYERS: Nate Ness
TEAMS: St. Louis Rams

The Rams have waived 25-year old CB Nate Ness.  Ness played in 2 games for the Rams this year but he didn’t have any tackles.  Ness has now played in 6 games in his first three years in the NFL and he has 8 tackles.  This is not much of a loss for the Rams as Ness didn’t do much in his stint with the team.

Rams claim QB Clemens off waivers

The St. Louis Rams claimed quarterback Kellen Clemens off waivers from the Houston Texans. The Rams are dealing with multiple injuries at the position, with starter Sam Bradford sitting out last week's game against San Francisco due to an ankle injury. Backup A.J. Two Long's Make A Right: Comparing A Father & Son

One of the few bright spots all year in the steaming pile of crap that is the St. Louis Rams has been the play of Chris Long. Finally living up to his number two overall draft status this year, Long is currently 3rd in league in sacks with 12 through 14 games. The Rams defensive end is having a phenomenal year overall. Long is hurt, obviously, by the fact that he's playing for...

Rams QB's Sam Bradford, A.J. Feeley Both Miss Practice

Sam Bradford ran in the pool and rode an exercise bicycle as the St. Louis Rams tried to nurse their quarterback back to health. If Bradford can’t go Monday night at Seattle, the Rams (2-10) will likely be down to a player with zero NFL snaps because backup A.J. Feeley has all but ruled himself out with a broken thumb on his right hand. “It’s pretty sore right now, it’s pretty...

Kellen Clemens Is Latest Quarterback To Sign With Rams

It wasn’t that long ago the Rams had only two quarterbacks on their roster. Now, you can’t walk 10 feet in Rams Park without tripping over one. OK, that may be an exaggeration, but when the Rams claimed Kellen Clemens off waivers Wednesday afternoon from Houston, that gave the team five quarterbacks under contract. Clemens, Sam Bradford, A.J. Feeley and Tom Brandstater are on the...

Looking Forward To 2012

With the 2011 season having ended for Rams fans long ago and the stench sure to linger for a while it might be a good idea to move on…assuming you haven’t already. 2011 Was a disaster, no doubt about it. Even if the Rams win out, which they won’t, they will fall short on last season’s win total. The best thing about 2011? It is not 2012. No, 2012 is a new start, another...
