The Trash Talk Bowl: Jets-Dolphins preview

What a week of trash talk. To recap the recent Jets-Dolphins history of smack: The offseason: Rex Ryan and Channing (Fifteen Minutes of Fame) Crowder trade barbs in the offseason. The Monday night meeting: Calvin Pace whines about the Wildcat after the Wildcat rips the Jets. The Dolphins fire back, basically saying they "out-toughed" the Jets. The buildup: Bart Scott sets the tone for today's game last Sunday in Oakland, telling me the Dolphins "took something from us" in the first meeting. (He meant the defense getting embarrassed.) Verbal Wednesday: Ryan, using the "tough" quote from Ronnie Brown, presents his bulletin-board fodder for the week. His presser is filled with "We'll-see-what-happens-Sunday" declarations, which sounds pretty much like, "We'll show you." Later, in a conference call with the South Florida media, Ryan says "boo hoo hoo" when asked about the season-ending injury to Dolphin...
