James Starks, RB Green Bay
Owned in 11% of Yahoo Fantasy Leagues

The Green Bay Packers have one of the most dynamic offenses in the league, with Aaron Rodgers commanding a complicated passing game with multiple passing weapons.  The only thing missing on offense for the Packers is a running threat; however this might change with the emergence of James Starks, a rookie sixth round pick out of the University of Buffalo.  Starks ran well in Sunday’s win against the Niners, with 78 yards on 18 carries.  He displayed a nice combination of power and speed, something the Packers have been lacking since Ryan Grant went down with an ankle injury.

Tashard Choice, RB Dallas
Owned in 18% of Yahoo Fantasy Leagues

We had Choice as a free agent pick up last week, and he did not disappoint with a 100 yard and one TD performance against the Colts.  Head Coach Jason Garrett told reporters that Choice’s performance on Sunday earned the third year back more playing time going forward.  Choice is still available in 82% of yahoo leagues, making him a great free agent pick in all formats.

Anthony Dixon, RB San Francisco
Owned in 14% of Yahoo Fantasy Leagues

We had both Anthony Dixon and Bryan Westbrook on last week’s waiver wire list, however we believe now that Dixon is the back to own in the 49er offense.   The carry distribution was even for each player; however Dixon is the younger back and appears to be the one who will receive the goal line carries for the team.  Dixon is still available in 86% of Yahoo leagues, and is a decent play this week against the Seahawks.

Kenny Britt, WR Tennessee
Owned in 57% of Yahoo Fantasy Leagues

Kenny Britt was a nice surprise for fantasy owners up until he suffered a hamstring injury midway through the season.  It appears that Britt is set to return to the field, and could be a nice waiver wire pick to strengthen a receiver corps for a playoff run.  He put up 7 receiving TD’s in just 5 games this year, but is available in 43% of leagues. Pick him up while you can.
