PLAYERS: Shaun Cody
TEAMS: Houston Texans
According to the Houston Chronicle’s, Tania Ganguli, Texans starting nose tackle Shaun Cody has more than just bruised ribs.   NT Shaun Cody’s injury is more serious than he let on. Broken ribs, punctured lung, I’m told: ow.ly/f6Kfs #Texans — Tania Ganguli (@taniaganguli) November 7, 2012   This rumor started soon after the game that Cody’s injury was nothing more than bruised ribs according to Cody;s twitter. Feelin good. Just had a bang to the riblets. Gonna be fine. #swatteam — Shaun Cody (@ShaunCody95) November 5, 2012   The Texans have been quiet about injuries when it comes to their players, but if this is more than bruised ribs this could put a big dent in the run defense. Cody has proven he can play the nose and succeed at the position. Losing players in not a good thing, but it may be a situation to monitor in the coming days.
