The Detroit Lions got off to an impressive and unexpected 5-0 start this season thanks to the insane amount of talent compiled over the last few years. Let’s face it, Calvin Johnson is superhuman, and as much as I hate to admit it, Matt Stafford doesn’t suck. I guess sucking for years has to pay off eventually (unless you’re the cubs,) so why shouldn’t Lions fans be excited?

The only problem with starting out 3, 4, 5-0 is that it hurts SO MUCH WORSE when your team finally does lose its first game. Trust me, I found this out the hard way on Saturday. I managed to keep my ranting on twitter to mentions of drinking heavily and encouraging any and everyone to injure the u(sic)ga quarterback.

Unfortunately, one Detroit fan went a little far when he took to his webcam and youtube account, gun in hand.

I think the creepiest thing about this video is how calm he sounds while “sarcastically” saying “let’s get this over with” while putting a gun to his head. It’s seriously unnerving. Plus, there are a couple of times during the video that the guy comes off as kind of threatening. On top of that, the gun is just distracting, as is the three paragraph apology/explanation he tacked on after criticism about gun safety. I had to watch it like three times before I could actually grasp what homeboy was actually saying. That’s ok though, because if I have any questions I can text him. Seriously? Does anybody actually text this guy?
