According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the San Francisco 49ers have signed former New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs.
Jacobs is the second former Giants player the 49ers have signed this offseason. They also signed wide receiver Mario Manningham about a week ago.
I’d be surprised if both Kendall Hunter and Anthony Dixon don’t end up ahead of Jacobs on the depth chart...
