Bears add to receiving corps with signing of Thomas
Looking to provide Quarterback Jay Cutler with another target, the Chicago Bears inked former New York Giants wide receiver Devin Thomas to a one-year deal. To be fair, Thomas is merely a complimentary piece, as he contributed mostly on special teams this past season in the Giants Super Bowl run. In fact, the 6-2, 221-pound Thomas came up big in the post-season [...]

Jets can have headlines, Giants have trophy
Giants coach Tom Coughlin wasn't exactly gloating. Well, maybe he was.

Tom Coughlin burns the Jets
Winning a Super Bowl can allow a NFL head coach a little bit of candor in his public statements. Winning two super bowls allows a coach a ton.
New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin took full advantage of that yesterday when he couldn’t resist taking a jab at the “cross-town” rival New York Jets and their recent player acquisitions (ie: Tebowmania in NYC). Here’s what...

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the San Francisco 49ers have signed former New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs.
Jacobs is the second former Giants player the 49ers have signed this offseason. They also signed wide receiver Mario Manningham about a week ago.
