Thompson has neck sprain, will stay in hospital overnight

The Packers just issued the following statement on linebacker Jeremy Thompson, who was taken to the hospital after injuring his neck in practice today:"Packers linebacker Jeremy Thompson suffered a neck sprain near the end of Friday’s practice.
