MVN:
The Bengals came out on top against the Green Bay Packers 31-24 at Lambeau Field yesterday. The three players that stood out to me are Carson Palmer, Antwan Odom and Cedric Benson, some were great and one was disappointing. Let's start with the bad news,Palmer doesn't want to see Packers DB Charles Woodson again! Woodson picked two on Palmer and ran one back 37 yards for a touchdown. Palmer needs to find his confidence and play loose football next week. Antwan Odom was in the zone. He had 5 sacks against the Packers offense. Odom tied the Bengals single-game record. I will definitely watch Odom next week to if it was a fluke or IS HE JUST THAT GOOD! Cedric Benson was unstoppable against the Packers. He ran the ball 29 times for 141 yards. If Benson keeps playing like that the Bengals offense will be a threat on the ground and in the air. What I want to see when the Bengals play the Steelers at Paul Brown Stadium on Sunday is the old Palmer making good decisions, Odom breaking the record with six sacks and Benson running all over the defense.
