The New England Patriots came into the season with all new receivers and a lot of doubters.  I was one that expected Brady and the Hoodie to overcome those odds and put together another great season.  I hope this game is the exception. - Step 1 - The Patriots receivers are terrible.  I know Edelman had some catches but, overall this group is bad. - Step 2 - Danny Amendola is made of glass.  I said he wouldn't last 16 games I feel even better about that prediction now.   I don't want to see the guy get hurt, but his inability to stay healthy is shocking. - Step 3 - Zac Sudfeld.  Where to start.  The 6'-7" TE was supposed to step into Gronk's shoes and have a breakout game.  He had one target.  How in the world can you have one target as the top TE in a Patriots offense? I don't know what to take from this game.  The Pats opened the season with a shocking loss to the Bills a few years back and they ended up with a fine season.  I hope that the Pats get things straight and the rec...

  • It's way to early to evaluate receivers. But someone needs to get it in gear Thursday, with Vareen out. Rex will stack the line and try to take the run away and let Brady try to hit confused, inexperienced receivers down field.Amendola will get doubled where ever he goes. Thomkins will need to get on the same page as Brady or it's going to be a long, low scoring night.In that type of game the Jets can do well. This game has to be won by the defense and again the foot of our kicker.Sad state of affairs for this offense.
