For once the Chargers have not stumbled out of the gate. With freak phenoms the likes of Antonio Gates and Vincent Jackson ailing through the first 6 weeks of the season, the Bolts are coming off a bye week, getting healthy and with a 4-1 record. Cue New York eager to hit their bye above .500, sitting at 3-3 and we get the classic “I have no idea what’s going to happen” game at home.
There’s history between these two teams and recently it’s been pretty green. While the Jets have lost two straight to the Chargers in the regular season, it’s been the two Jets wins, in San Diego, in the playoffs that will hang heavy on the heart of fans and players alike this weekend in the swamp. While this is game has extra significance for LaDanian Tomlinson and Antonio Cromartie, lets take a closer look at three things that come to my mind concerning San Diego first.
