Offensive guard Bobbie Williams appears to be on track to start on Sunday at Jacksonville after he was placed on the 53-man roster. To make room for Williams, who was on a one-week roster exemption, the team waived offensive guard Otis Hudson. Offensive line coach Paul Alexander would not say if Williams would start but did say that it looks like he had not skipped a beat after being suspended four games for a violation of the league’s policy on performance enhancing substances. Hudson, who just came back from a knee injury that he suffered during training camp, spent all of last season on the practice squad and was inactive for the first four games this year. There is a chance that he could be re-signed to the practice squad if no one claims him on waivers. PRACTICE UPDATE: Cornerback Kelly Jennings (hamstring) missed a second straight day of practice.
