I'll post a Game Preview on Friday that will deal with specific strategies. This is more random and mostly about the Packers.
Last night the NFL Network replayed the Packers win over Chicago from Sunday and then the season opener between us and Green Bay. After watching those games I came away feeling better about our chances. Green Bay is a good team. I'm certainly not dismissing them. They played great defense against the Bears. The Packers offense really struggled, but it wasn't due to ineptitude. It was because the Bears defense played really well. A couple of big plays were the difference in that game. Re-watching the season opener is what made me feel better. Half the game we had Eldra Buckley at FB. Omar Gaither was on the field at MLB when the Packers scored at least 14 of their points. 2 of our 3 Safeties were playing their first ever NFL game. Nick Cole was the RG. Akeem Jordan struggled mightily at SLB. Our KO coverage was awful. ...
