Are you freaking kidding me?  This is not a case of Eli Manning self-proclaiming he is elite, which he is NOT.  This isn’t even a case of Joe Flacco self-proclaiming he is a top 5 quarterback, which he is NOT.  This is a case of a bunch of players hating on Tim Tebow‘s popularity. Nobody ever said Tim Tebow was elite, a Pro Bowler or even a top 10 quarterback.  As a matter of fact, nobody has him inside the top 20 on any quarterback list.  So how is he over rated?  Nobody is rating him higher than he is actually performing.  Tim Tebow can only be over rated if he is rated higher than he actually plays.
