No matter which team wins the Super Bowl, the 2011 NFL season will be remembered for one thing: Tim Tebow mania. The most talked about player in the league was someone you either loved or hated. There’s simply no middle ground when dealing with Tim Tebow.
With that in mind, there is good news for fans of the NFL: Tim Tebow will keep his starting job going forward. John Elway, the boss of the Denver Broncos, states it’s Tebow’s job to lose.
Said Elway: “Well, I think Tim’s earned the right to be the starting quarterback going into training camp next year.
“I think he made some good strides this year. He obviously played very well against Pittsburgh and played very well in a lot of football games.”
So while Tebow’s season came to an end when the Broncos got destroyed by the New England Patriots, we’re sure to here much more about him for years to come.
