New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow claims that he’s improved as a passer this offseason, which may not be a good thing for current starter Mark Sanchez.
“I’ve been working pretty hard at doing that,” said Tebow, per ESPN.com. “I feel like I had a good offseason before I got here, and being here and working with Coach Sparano and working with Mark [Sanchez] and working with Coach [Cavanaugh] on our drills and footwork and mechanics every day, I hope I’m improving. That’s my goal and I believe it’s happening.”
If Tebow was able to fix his poor mechanics and improve his accuracy, he could be one of the most dangerous quarterbacks in the NFL and Sanchez should start worrying about his starting job.
