The Titans agreed to a two-year contract with former Colts and Eagles linebacker Moise Fokou, according to sources familiar with the situation. Fokou, a four-year pro, played the past three seasons with the Colts, where he played in 59 games, with 23 starts. In 2012, Fokou had 39 tackles in four starts. Fokou, who was born in Cameroon, is a versatile linebacker capable of playing both inside and outside. With the Titans, he’s expected to fill the spot formerly held by veteran Will Witherspoon, who is a free agent. Source: The Tennessean
