Mike Munchak has filled the final vacancy on the Tennessee Titans coaching staff by hiring former University of Louisville quarterback Dave Ragone to coach wide receivers, according to sources. Ragone served under new Titans offensive coordinator Chris Palmer as quarterbacks coach with the Hartford Colonials of the United Football League. Ragone and Palmer go back to their days with the Houston Texans, when Ragone was a backup quarterback for three seasons from 2003 to 2005 while Palmer was offensive coordinator there.
