Tennessee has declared linebacker Barrett Ruud out against his former team Tampa Bay because of to a groin injury. Ruud aggravated the injury last week against Atlanta. Rookie Colin McCarthy is questionable with a knee injury but is expected to start in Ruud's spot. Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck worked fully Friday and is probable to start. Kicker Rob Bironas is probable after resting a sore back. Right tackle David Stewart, who hurt his right calf last week, returned to limited practice and is questionable. Left tackle Michael Roos has practiced the past two days and is questionable with a groin injury. Center Eugene Amano (hip) is probable. Defensive linemen Derrick Morgan (ankle) and Karl Klug (knee) both returned to practice Friday and are questionable.

Titans DE Hayes fined 15K for hit

Tennessee Titans defensive end William Hayes has been fined $15,000 by the NFL for hit his on Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan.
