Fox Sports Tennessee:
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Titans middle linebacker Colin McCarthy will miss a third straight game with his sprained right ankle, and receiver Kenny Britt has missed his third straight practice with his own injured left ankle.
Britt says Friday he is not ruling himself out against Houston (3-0) on Sunday because his ankle is feeling better than Thursday, and he has two more days left before kickoff.
The Titans (1-2) are listing Britt as questionable after rain at midday forced Britt to do most of his rehab work inside on Friday. Britt says he got quite a bit of work done and will play if his ankle is healthy.
Tight end Jared Cook also is listed as questionable but practiced for a second straight day. Right guard Leroy Harris (right knee) is probable.

The Tennessee Titans will be taking on the Houston Texans this afternoon, but will have to do so with the services of WR Kenny Britt. ESPN’s Adam Schefter announced this morning that Kenny Britt will be ruled out today due to an ankle injury. This ruling has not been made official yet, but sources have told Schefter that Britt will be out.
Britt has only appeared in two games for...
Titans wideout Kenny Britt won't play Sunday versus the Texans. He rolled his left ankle last week in an overtime win over the Lions.Fantasy Spin:We're guessing Nate Washington will play a bigger role than usual with Britt on the sidelines, though we still wouldn't expect him to do anything too crazy against the top-ranked Houston defense.
According to Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean, Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt didn’t practice on Thursday and tight end Jared Cook was limited.
With Britt now back on the field, the Titans’ passing attack is even more potent. He had six receptions for 55 yards in last week’s win over the Lions.
To update our previous fantasy update, the Titans’ Kenny Britt has been ruled out in his week four game against the Houston Texans.

This means that Nate Washington will be the Titans top wide receiver today along with first round draft pick out of Baylor Kendall Wright.
Washington is coming of a big game against Detroit Lions in which he caught a touchdown...
On Sunday the Tennessee Titans and the Lions gave us an exciting game. The Titans made big plays on offense, defense, and special teams. They did this throughout the whole game. They also gave up many big plays. It was nice to see that this team didn’t give up when the Lions kept roaring back. A game that should be an instant classic on the NFL Network, also showed continued failure...
1. Leshoure is Already an RB2
With Jahvid Best (concussion) out, Mikel Leshoure's ascent to a starting role in Detroit faced only one true obstacle: his own health.
In his regular-season debut against Tennessee on Sunday, roughly 14 months removed from an Achilles' tendon tear, Leshoure didn't show much rust, immediately making incumbent starter Kevin Smith an afterthought...
Tennessee Titans (1-2) at Houston Texans (3-0)
In my power rankings this week, I poked holes in pretty much every other team in the league. I can’t do that with the Texans. They are without a flaw. Winning in Denver in the high altitude against a talented team and a no huddle offense is damn impressive and 3 games into the season, this is the Super Bowl favorite and the most complete...
