Tennessee Titans safety Chris Hope is expected to be sidelined for four to six weeks with a broken arm. Hope suffered the injury in Sunday's victory at Cleveland and is scheduled to undergo surgery. The 10-year veteran has played in all 16 games in seven of his first nine seasons with the Titans. Tennessee, which has allowed the fewest points (56) in the NFL, plays at Pittsburgh on Sunday before hitting its bye week.

Titans coach Mike Munchak says safety Chris Hope will need surgery on his broken left forearm and likely will be out four to six weeks. Hope was hurt early in the Titans' 31-13 win at Cleveland on Sunday, and that was his first start after missing two games with a shoulder he dislocated in the season opener.
