The Tennessee Titans have re-signed return specialist Mark Jones, Jonathan Hutton reports. The Titans also signed former Bengals and Saints safety Kevin Kaesviharn, reports Gary Estwick. To make room for them on the roster, Craig Hentrich was placed on Injured Reserve and RB Chris Henry was released. Also, former Titans CB Cary Williams was signed to the practice squad. I was surprised the Titans released Jones in their final roster cutdowns. They signed him as an offseason free agent acquisition to replace Chris Carr, then decided they could do without him and go with rookies Ryan Mouton and Jason McCourty instead.
