The Titans will be without their starting MLB Sunday against the Bills.
Barrett Ruud (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game. He’ll be replaced by rookie Colin McCarthy who is probable with a knee injury.
Starting RT David Stewart is questionable for the Titans with a calf injury.

Over the past three weeks, Tennessee's Chris Johnson has delivered his two best games of the season, as well as his worst. Johnson rushed for 130 yards and one touchdown at Carolina in Week 10, and he gained 190 yards on 23 carries versus Tampa Bay in Week 13 (somehow not scoring). Sandwiched in between those efforts was a 12-carry, 13-yard dud at Atlanta.

Even if the Titans somehow make the playoffs, they aren't a good enough team to win a postseason game. It will be one and done again, just like it has been for their last two postseasons.
