Starting safety Chris Hope is not expected to play Sunday in the Tennessee Titans' home opener against the Baltimore Ravens. Hope missed a third straight day of practice Friday because of a shoulder injury. Coach Mike Munchak says the Titans will "definitely hold him this week and see how he is next week." Hope suffered the injury late in Sunday's 16-14 loss at Jacksonville and has played in 49 consecutive games for the Titans. He has missed only five games since joining the team in 2006. Jordan Babineaux, picked up as a free agent from Seattle this off season, will start in place of Hope.
