The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with veteran free agent cornerback Frank Walker, according to a league source. Walker is a former New York Giants sixth-round draft pick from Tennessee who played collegiately at Tuskegee. He has also played for the Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Ravens and the Minnesota Vikings. Walker is known for his physical style at cornerback, but has been prone to pass-interference penalties at times. The 5-foot-11, 196-pounder had a solid season last year for the Vikings after signing in October.
