John Glennon reports that the Titans have signed former Jaguars RB Jalen Parmele and parted with RB Jamie Harper. According to Glennon, the team sees Parmele as a more versatile player than Harper, who can also contribute in the passing game and on special teams for them. Last year, Parmele received just 8 carries and rushed for 45 yards. Harper had a base salary of $555,000 for the upcoming season.
