Titans strong safety Chris Hope will be cleared to practice this week, and theres a chance he could return to action on Sunday against the Panthers. Hope has missed four games since breaking his forearm on Oct. 2 at Cleveland. He had surgery last month. Well see where he is as far as whether he can help us, Coach Mike Munchak said. A lot has to do with how he is doing health-wise. He hasnt played or practiced, so he is a little ways off before determining how much he can help us. But he is at a position where he could be worked in some plays. Jordan Babineaux has started in Hopes place. Babineaux had 10 tackles in the loss to the Bengals. He has done a great job for us, all the stuff we have asked him to do, Munchak said. But like the rest of us, we all have to improve.
