Following today’s loss to the Jaguars, Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker said he was disgusted by the loss (Credit: Zimbio.com) Prior to today’s game, most fans and analysts around the NFL figured the Jacksonville Jaguars were on their way to a win less season. Instead, Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker got hurt early and the Jaguars defense was able to score a touchdown on the way to a 29-27 victory. Running back Maurice Jones-Drew and Jordan Todman were also able to find their way into the end-zone today. Following the game today, a few members of the Tennessee Titans were rather embarrassed by their loss. Titans tight end, Delanie Walker went as far as saying he was “disgusted” by losing to the Jaguars. “It’s disgusting. I’m disappointed. I’m embarrassed. A team that’s 0-8 comes in here and beats us? Beats us on our home field, that’s 0-8, the Jaguars? Come on,” Walker said, via Terry McCormick of Titan Insider. “Talking about first place? Talking about first place? We just got whooped by the Jaguars. We ain’t talking first place no more. It’s out the window. We’ve got to come back and play the Colts. I don’t know how everybody’s gonna handle it. I mean, we lost to the Jaguars.” I am not sure what is more embarrassing, losing to the Jaguars or the fact that the Jaguars are considered such a joke that teams feel embarrassed to lose to them. With the Indianapolis Colts loss today, the Titans could have improved to 5-4 with a victory over Jacksonville. Instead, the loss drops them to 4-5 and two games behind the AFC South leading Colts.
