Tom Brady entered Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins without having thrown an interception in four games. That changed in the fourth quarter, and the result was a very heated argument. Brady and Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien exchanged verbal blows on the sideline following the pick, which resulted in the two being separated. Head coach Bill Belichick even had to intervene as O'Brien continued to yell in Brady's direction. It was an uncharacteristic interception for Brady, as the veteran quarterback tried to thread the needle to wide receiver Tiquan Underwood on third down in the fourth quarter in the...

  • The coordinator was way out of line. I wish Tom Brady would have backhand him in his mouth. How you going to approach a QB after making a mistake like that. What a arse..Then He kept on taunting him time for a new coordinator!
  • I strongly disagree. The Coach is the boss and not the player, even if it is a Tom Brady. The player needs to show respect to the coach. Brady had no right yelling at the coach. Brady was in the wrong.
  • If the Coach is the boss he should know, you don't reprimand your employees in front of others!!! I think the Coordinator was to blame for this and needs to show some respect for others!!! Shame on him!!! He should have waited until after the game to say something, this was not for public view!!!!
  • Agreed and you know what, without brady the team would fall apart just like the colts. and u know what everyone makes mistakes the coach needs to chill.
  • The coach needs to learn to fire up Brady the correct way. Many of you claim he's the boss - but all management has limits. Fairly certain none of us make millions more a year than our "boss" :). And probably none of us get yelled at on national TV over a mistake - one which actually did NOT cost the Pats the game.
  • This is big boy time. Its a TEAM and if anyone knows how it works (no the "team" in a business sense), then you address any problems then and there. Though not a spec ops type of environment, a football team functions the same way. You should get reprimanded immediately so you don't make the same mistake. It will cost the lives of your teammates, in this instance, a lost and doubts about your leader. This is how big boys get handled. Get it said and deal with it, then move on. Jeez, ya'll a bunch of sheep.
  • Just goes to show you that Brady isnt the god he thinks he is. Guess he doesnt like to be critized. the coach should have said what he wanted to say, shut up, walk away and brady should have taken it like a man...oh wait he thinks he is a god, maybe thats why he yelled back at the coach.
