Tom Brady is arguably the best quarterback in the NFL, and he costs accordingly. Citing NFL salary documents, Tom E. Curran of CSNNE reported Thursday that Brady is "into the heavy part" of his September 2010 contract. How heavy? Brady's cap hit for the New England Patriots is $21.8 million in 2013, up from last year's hit of $8 million. The Patriots are likely already working at moving some money around to make more room within the projected $121 million cap, as Brady and two other prominent players on the team will take up 35 percent of the cap, according to Curran.Defensive tackle Vince Wilfork will reportedly cut into the cap to the tune of $10.6 million, and guard Logan Mankins will eat up $10 million.Follow Nick @NickStDenisFollow AFC East Daily @AFCEastDaily
