PLAYERS: Tom Coughlin
TEAMS: New York Giants

Tom Coughlin knows this is how it goes, one year you’re the champ, the next you’re the chump.  You can’t win them all, but you can win one for pride. The proud Giants need help to get into the playoffs, a little too much help to realistically sit on a wing of hope. However, Coughlin doesn’t quit and he won’ let his team go under either. “That’s what I talked to our team about this morning – was pride, honor, dignity, playing the game the way we’re capable of playing the game,” Coughlin said, via the Star-Ledger. “Finish the season with a game we can all be proud of.” “It’s all three phases playing well together,” Coughlin said. “You have a couple phases that are not doing their job right now and they have to if we’re going to resurrect a little bit of pride here in our last game. I would like to see our team play an astounding football game, a game in which the execution of our team is significantly better than what we have seen over the last couple weeks.”   var switchTo5x=true; stLight.options({publisher:''});

Giants to let Tuck walk?

After this years disappointing performance the New York Giants are going to need to make some wholesale changes, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Gregg Rosenthal of NFL.com suggests that the team could...

#TheLaMorteReport NYG Short Memories @JLaMorte21

      The New York Football Giants look like they once again forgot that nothing is handed to you, especially in the NFL! It was just last season where they were...

Do we?” Pierre-Paul said, via the Daily News. “I don’t think so...
