This round of the college football coaching carousel is definitely shocking with several stunners. We can all be prepared to continue being stunned after this latest move. Yahoo! Sports is reporting that Texas Tech head coach Tommy Tuberville will accept and fill the vacant head coaching position at Cincinnati. Tuberville would be replacing Butch Jones, who recently just accepted the job at Tennessee Friday. Tuberville went 20-17 in his three seasons with the Red Raiders when he replaced Mike Leach. He will be introduced as the Bearcats new coach at 6:30 PM ET in a press conference Saturday.  Tuberville does not seem like a Big East type of guy, but does have a relationship with current Cincinnati Athletic Director Whit Babcock. The highlight of his season last year was the negative altercation he had with graduate assistant Kevin Oliver during the Red Raiders’ 41-34 overtime victory over Kansas, where he smacked Oliver’s headset and hat off during a sideline explosion that was caught on tape.
