Chiefs head coach Andy Reid told reporters on Monday that tight end Tony Moeaki has a fractured shoulder.  The injury occurred during this past weekend’s preseason game against the steelers. There’s no timetable for Moeaki’s return, as he’s still undergoing testing. It wouldn’t be a surprise if the Chiefs opted to place him on injured reserve. Highly injury-prone in college with the Iowa Hawkeyes, Moeaki has missed time with two head injuries and three knee operations since entering the NFL. It’s unfortunate, but the Chiefs have never been able to rely on Moeaki in his career.  He’s a very talented player that may never fulfill his potential.   Need NFL Tickets? Loading...
