Baltimore Ravens 15-year veteran center Matt Birk is making his Super Bowl debut. At 36, he is one of the oldest Super Bowl rookies, and he came to the NFL in the same Minnesota Vikings draft class as current San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Randy Moss. I think is interesting to make a list of the Top 10 senior players who made their first (and for many only) Super Bowl appearance. The Harvard-graduate Birk should be included in this list after Sunday's game, since he has made 6 trips to the Pro Bowl and has been one of the top centers in the NFL for the past decade.I also think that is fair to only consider players who started their pro career from  the first season of the Super Bowl, 1966, onwards (minus some exceptions like Jackie Smith, whose majority of playing was in the Super Bowl-era) since some veteran players like George Blanda, Johnny Unitas, Max McGee and others (who would've included in this list) already had played or won NFL or AFL titles before the Super Bow...
