Without doubt there is a left tackle in this draft that will become a major franchise player, but the question is where will he be picked. The Kansas City Chiefs hold the first overall pick and the debate is whether Andy Reid will take the developmental quarterback in Geno Smith or the very solid pick in Luke Joekel from Texas A&M. Lane Johnson had a terrific senior bowl that will result in him being selected within the first 20 picks but look for him to keep moving up because of the visual drop off from Luke Joekel. Another tackle to watch for is Eric Fisher out of Central Michigan, whom is rising up boards as the early teams can all use a franchise LT. Watch for Dallas Thomas out of Tennessee to move up boards along with Kyle Long out of Oregon, because of their possible play at the guard spot.
