Scout team defense was in the 3-4. Scout team offense played a lot of Wildcat, with Micheal Spurlock in at quarterback. Spurlock also got time in as a wide receiver in the standard offense against the scout defense. People have been trying to convince me that Terrence Nunn has a better shot than Spurlock, but Spurlock has been so active in camp and performed very well that I have a hard time believing he won’t be on the roster. In the standard scout offense (non-Wildcat), Rudy Carpenter was the quarterback. Nice pass to Mike Williams who easily outran Elbert Mack. Vince Anderson is getting some work with the scout team defense. And Carlos Brown is getting a lot of carries. This must be Everybody Gets A Turn day. While the scout team defense is on the field, Roy Miller and Gerald McCoy did 1-on-1s with each other with Todd Wash instructing them on how to get off the ball quicker and hand placement. Great catch by Maurice Stovall over E.J. Biggers. I hope the Bucs use some...
