New York Giants
First off we have bonus coverage here. You don’t get this every place, but you get it here. Alright, guys who did not practice today. Jeremy Kerley, he has an illness so he was sick. I think we sent him home. Joe McKnight, shoulder, elbow, did not participate. Brandon Moore with his hip. Guys that were limited, all three of these guys were limited with (a) knee. That’s Marquice Cole, Mike Devito, Eric Smith and then the guys that I’ll read off now practiced full. That’s Vlad Ducasse, knee. Shonn Greene, rib and shoulder. Ropati (Pitoitua), hand. And Mark Sanchez, neck. So there’s your bonus coverage. And with that I’ll open it up.
On if Mark Sanchez’s neck injury is the same as a previous neck injury…
I don’t know. That’s safe to say. It’s not a major injury because it’s not (one of) us that has the injury. (joking) But I think it’s a little stiff. He looked fine today.

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- In Rex Ryan's eyes, there's no alternative.

T HE JETS are used to their coach’s bravado, so Rex Ryan’s declaration Monday that he believes they are a “better team” than the Giants didn’t send many shockwaves through the locker room as Gang Green prepared for its Christmas Eve showdown with their MetLife Stadium co-tenants.
When you’re fighting for a divisional title at 7-7, there is nothing to brag about. When you’re a 8-6 club hanging onto a wildcard berth by a thread after guaranteeing Super Bowl appearances, there is no need for boasting either. The Jets host the Giants Saturday in a stadium both call home, but the only real award awaiting the winner may be life beyond the final week of the...
The morning after his team was thoroughly embarrassed by the Eagles, Rex Ryan morphed into Don King, promoting the Jets-Giants showdown on Christmas Eve like it was going to be shown on pay-per-view.
Every Tuesday I’ll take a look at the five biggest questions surrounding NFL teams for that week. This week I take a look at the huge Monday night matchup in the NFC South, the “Battle for New York” and the late-pushing Chargers.
