I should play QB too Juan…
Trent Richardson suffered a rib injury 4 weeks ago against the Bengals and after trying to play through it against the Panthers, was ineffective and was benhed. Since then he has handled nearly 25 carries a week and has been running wild. Can he get even be better after the bye week?
Ricardson: “The bye week is going to be big for me concerning the rib injury. It hasn’t really been where I can be at 100 percent yet, so I’m waiting for that moment. Whenever my ribs do heal, it’s going to make a big difference. When they heal 100 percent – I don’t know if it will be over this bye week – but whenever they do, it’s going to be a whole ’nother Trent.”
Right now he is the 6th best RB in standard leagues and could finish near the top, especially in PPR leagues. I love Dougie Martin, but Richardson could actually be the best rookie RB in fantasy going forward.

Trent Richardson Not Practicing With Starters
While there have been whispers over the weekend relating to Trent Richardson, I cannot confirm with anyone inside the facility so I will not speculate or comment at this point. With that said, its been reported that Richardson is on the field for practice this morning, but he is not practicing with the 1st team offense. This is obviously a rare occurrence as there is no doubt that...

What is the worst thing in the world?
Believe it or not, it isn’t Pat Shurmur or the Dolans. Nor is it Pittsburgh or Ann Arbor.

In defense of the great Phil Dawson
I was reading an otherwise great article today at Grantland by Bill Barnwell that pointed out how bad a job Jacksonville Jaguars GM Gene Smith is at his job, when a snippet caught my attention. While talking about Josh Scobee and his contract from the Jags, a footnote said the following about Phil Dawson.
Given that kickers are incredibly inconsistent from year to year, I still...
Jerry on Holmgren's interest in Cowboys
PHILADELPHIA The best explanation for why Jerry Jones would attempt to sidestep last weekend's rumors about Sean Payton as a future Cowboys coach but then this weekend talk fairly openly about rumors about Mike Holmgren as a future Cowboys coach has nothing to do with Payton, with Holmgren, or with sitting Dallas coach Jason Garrett.
It has everything to do with Jerry being...
