Jeremiah Trotter is back for a third run with the Philadelphia Eagles. The four-time Pro Bowl linebacker signed a one-year contract Tuesday, returning to Philadelphia after spending a year out of the NFL. The Eagles released quarterback Jeff Garcia to make room for Trotter. Garcia was signed as an emergency backup after Donovan McNabb cracked a rib in the season opener.
