Steelers Safety Troy Polamlau made another one of his amazing timing plays against the Cleveland Browns. Polamalu timed the snap perfectly and broke through the Browns offensive line before they even got out of their stances. He grabbed Seneca Wallace and dragged him to the ground for the loss.
The NFL is giving Polamalu a tackle for a loss on the play. That is some garbage. This is not college football. If the quarterback is tackled behind the line of scrimmage it is a sack. There is no question. The NFL is saying that Wallace was going to hand the ball off to the running back on the play and it is a running play. Really? Are they telepathic. They are sure he wasn’t going to ball fake and run a play action pass. The play was over so fast that no one would know that but the guy in the huddle. You can not believe him. He is not going to give a defender a free stat.
