When Marcus Trufant awkwardly twisted his back midway through a Week 15 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, he couldn't help but think to last year, when a troublesome disk injury kept him out the first six games of the 2009-10 season. Those fears were quickly put to rest when he was diagnosed with back spasms, a far less serious injury. "After the doctors looked at it, I was pretty confident that I'd be back," Trufant said to reporters after Friday's practice. The pain and tightness kept the cornerback from Washington State from returning to the game last week, but there was little doubt he'd be back for Sunday's road game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
