As much as we all love Fridays, nothing moves quite as slow as the last few hours of a Friday afternoon. Let us help you pass the time with a look back at the stories that were on our radar this week.

Monday

-The Oklahoma State vs Colorado game Saturday might not be much to watch on the field, but we love the two coaches when the get behind the microphone. Take a look back at Mike Gundy and Dan Hawkins on the eve of "The Rant Bowl."(Monday Matchup: Gundy vs Hawkins)

Tuesday

-Shannon Shorr, a successful professional poker player, joined us for our first interview to talk about the WSOP Main Event Final Table and his poker lifestyle, which we're completely envious. (TSP: To the Point)

-Todd Lowber might be just be a NFL practice squad lifer, but who are we to hate. He has a Super Bowl ring as a member of the Giants, and got some face time on HBO's Hard Knocks while trying to make the Cowboys. This video gives you an idea of his athletic abilities. (Todd Lowber Signs with 'Phins, Has Some Serious Ups)

Wednesday
-LaVar Arrington did an interview with The Washington Post, and he makes it pretty clear how he feels about Redskins' Owner Daniel Snyder and former head coach Joe Gibbs. (Quote of the Day: Lavar Arrington)

Thursday

-The early signing period for college basketball began Wednesday. We won't get into a rant about why college football should adopt this same policy. What we will do is give you some video of the nation's top 5 players as rated in the ESPNU 100. (Taking a Look at the Top Basketball Recruits in the Class of 2009)

-How much is the economy affecting your sports plans? Ticket prices show the first signs of easing up as the Red Sox announced no increase for next season and the NFL actually dropped its playoff prices. (The Economy and Ticket Prices)
