Found May 14, 2013 on Juan Elway:
If you can’t beat em, join em Juan… The Bengals struggled to find a complimentary WR to play opposite AJ Green, so when the opportunity came to draft the top TE in the 2013 draft, they passed on need and went with stud TE Tyler Eifert.  By the looks of it in Mini Camp, they plan to line him up all over the formation and utilize the mismatches he will create.  “A lot of the things I’m learning are a lot of the same plays we had in with two tight ends — move me around in different positions,” Eifert said. “Today I was out in the slot quite a bit. I think I’m picking it up pretty fast.” “I think I picked it up better than I thought I would at first,” Eifert said. “It’s not a whole lot, but it’s definitely something new for me. I’m catching on pretty quickly and moving around quite a bit.” Dalton thinks that having two tight ends will give the Bengals a bigger advantage against defenses.  Most teams are trying to follow the Patriots model and the Bengals have two very solid guys and I think Eifert could be special. “You get the matchup of the tight ends on the linebackers and safeties,” Dalton said recently. “ So I think he’s going to be a great addition. He’s going to make Jermaine a better player. I’m excited to get him in here and get working with him.” Fantasy Impact: Tyler Eifert AJ Green Shows Off His Juggling Skills- Video

Jayson DiManche a Bengals-Standout at Minicamp

As anyone who follows me knows, I’m a huge fan of newly-minted Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Jayson DiManche. DiManche was signed away from the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent after a courtship by the Jags that went so far as the team’s position coach speaking to DiManche all throughout the draft, and discussing future plans with him. In the end, DiManche made...

No token signing, Harrison out to prove he still can play

CINCINNATI A defensive backs best friend is a good pass rush. The Bengals already have one of the best in the NFL but Leon Hall is perfectly fine with adding a little more help. Ditto for Adam Jones. Cincinnati Bengals Select Margus Hunt in Second Round

2.21 Cincinnati Bengals Margus Hunt, DE, SMU, (6-8,277) The Cincinnati Bengals looked to bolster their already elite pass rush by adding Margus Hunt, a very big, very strong defensive end. He has a knack for getting in the backfield and wreaking havoc. He is 25, but the former track and field star only has four years of football under his belt to go along with his vast amount of...

Initiation complete as Bengals wrap up rookie camp

CINCINNATI Margus Hunt running down a football field to cover a kickoff is a scary image. Scary as in you dont want to be the player charged with having to block the 6-8, 277-pound Estonian mountain of a man. Wait until the Bengals get some pads on their second-round draft choice and he actually gets to hit someone. The Bengals rookie mini-camp wrapped up Sunday. Its a three-day...
