UCLA Football: Former Bruins NFL QB Names Dog After School
USA TODAY Sports

Former UCLA Bruins five-year quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson has added a new member to his family. However, it's not exactly what you think.

DTR has got a new puppy and has named him 'Bruin.'

The Cleveland Browns social media team introduced DTR's new puppy in their latest edition of a series they call, 'That's My Dawg.'

Bruin is a four-month-old English bulldog, and he is naming him 'Bruin' because he believes he looks like the logo.

As DTR describes, 'Bruin' has a ton of energy, is bright, and is already potty trained.

Thompson-Robinson is a Bruin through and through. He spent five years in the blue and gold from 2018 to 2022 and ranks first in passing yards with 10710, first in completions, and first in touchdowns with 88.

DTR completed his rookie season with the Cleveland Browns, who selected him in the fifth round with the 140th pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
