Week 5 is in the books and there is only one thing NFL kickers are talking about, “Who got Vanderjacked?” Well this week the big boot in San Diego is Pinkie’s selection, Nick Novak got VANDERJACKED! Novak was a perfect 5-5 from field goal range, including a 51 yarder that helped the Chargers withstand the Tebow led charge by the Broncos. Novak is a perfect 11-11 this year after taking over for Nate Kaeding. He keeps up on this rate, people on the west coast will be asking, “Kaeding who?” Novak is a career back-up kicker who has found his stroke in San Diego.
