Jabar Gaffney’s marriage does not seem to be in a good place if the tweets sent from his verified Twitter account are any indication. Thursday was apparently his anniversary with his wife, but he says she was not around. Based on a tweet he sent last Saturday, his wife is messing with free agent cornerback Lito Sheppard, who is also Gaffney’s cousin. Below is a censored version...
Washington Redskins WR Jabar Gaffney is having a bad day. Today is his anniversary but his wife wasn’t with him which seemed to set off a series of profanity laced tweets about her and curiously , NFL free agent CB Lito Sheppard. He did note the two topics weren’t related but does he not have friends? A journal? [...]
Washington Redskins defensive end Jarvis Jenkins has received full clearance to resume football activities following a seven-month rehabilitation from ACL surgery according to Mike Jones of the Washington Post. Jabar Gaffney may have officially lost it. Maybe he just found out that his NFL career has been as impressive as my short stint to the New York Sports Club last month, or maybe he found his cousin, former Philadelphia Eagle/New York Jets/Oakland Raider CB Lito Sheppard banging his (soon to be ex) wife, Terin Gaffney. Who knows? But what we do know is that Jabar went OFF on his cousin...
JABAR GAFFNEY seriously needs a hug, yall. The volatile Redskins wideout went on a Twitter rant recently, directing his ire at fellow footballer and first cousin LITO SHEPPARD. Gaffney called his cousin the biggest ‘feline’ on the planet:
Gaffney then focused his anger at his soon-to-be ex wife, Terin Gaffney:
Which caused all those amateur Twitter detectives to ponder over...
The Washington Redskins have officially announced they’ve signed free agent safety Tanard Jackson, who was just released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for failing a team physical.
Jackson is a talented young player, but he’s somehow gotten worse over the past few seasons instead of better.
Jackson has made 147 tackles, 20 assists and has missed 54 tackles in 40 games, per ProFootballFocus...
According to Jason LaCanfora of the NFL Network, New England Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker, will likely sign his franchise tender and play out this season under the tag.
Welker will make just over $9 million for the 2012 season under the franchise tag, which is a lot more than he’s made during any year of his career so far.
According to Jason LaCanfora of NFL Network, Ravens CB Cary Williams has no immediate plans of signing his restricted free agent tender for at least a few weeks. Williams is coming of a season which he started all 16 games, but is hoping to secure a long term deal with the Ravens. By not signing his tender he will be unable attend OTAs which start Monday. The Ravens have shown...
