The all-time leading rusher in Green Bay Packers history will retire with the club Thursday night.Ahman Green will officially announce his retirement from the NFL, ending a career that saw him become one of the most feared running backs of the early 2000s.Green spent eight of his 12 NFL seasons in Green Bay, amassing six 1,000-yard seasons on the ground and rushing for double-digit touchdowns twice. His best season came in 2003, when he finished second in the league with 1,883 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns.Green also played for the Houston Texans and Seattle Seahawks, who selected him in the third round of the 1999 draft.
