The NFL Network asked Atalanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White if the New York Giants tandem of Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks was better than his tandem with Julio Jones, he laughed at the question.
"Victor Cruz is a lot more of a slot receiver; the big boys play on the outside," White said
Cruz responded back with: "I couldn't care less about what anybody else has to say," Cruz told The Star-Ledger. "I got a ring back at home. I don't care about what Roddy White has to say."
Cruz and Nicks have combined for 37 receptions for 516 yards and two touchdowns while White and Jones have combined for 34 catches for 453 yards and four touchdowns.

SOUNDTRACKS FOR ALL!
NBC commemorating a Victor Cruz touchdown with salsa music is nothing new. The network has done it before when Cruz scores and breaks out his trademark dance moves. Nevertheless, the decision for NBC to give a player's touchdown dance its own personal soundtrack is a polarizing one. Immediately, there were complaints about NBC showing favoritism to Cruz and the Giants....
New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz scored a touchdown in the third quarter of Sunday night's NFL game against the Philadelphia Eagles, and as he began his salsa touchdown celebration, NBC immediately started playing the salsa music.
NBC had the salsa music all cued up, and someone got paid to press a button to play the music as Cruz scored. NBC couldn't even...
The New York Giants will be without wide receiver Hakeem Nicks for Sunday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The team announced Saturday that Nicks will miss the contest because of a knee problem and will not make the trip to Philadelphia. He previously missed a Sept. 19 win over Carolina with a sore foot.

Hakeem Nicks Ruled Out For Game Against Eagles -
New York Giants WR Hakeem Nicks was downgraded to out on the team’s injury report Saturday, a day after the team said Nicks developed swelling in his knee. Nicks won’t travel with the Giants on Sunday when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles. With Nicks remaining in New Jersey this weekend, the next question becomes whether Nicks...

New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks was listed as doubtful on Friday's injury report after developing swelling in his knee. He had been expected to return to the lineup against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday after missing the Giants' Week 3 game at the Carolina Panthers, but the knee issue is believed to be a result of him compensating for his sore foot.
The frustration continues for Hakeem Nicks owners. The star receiver missed last week after aggravating a foot injury but he appeared to be on track to play in week 4. There appears to be a complication that has caused the Giants to downgrade Nicks' status to doubtful that is not related to the foot to painful swelling in a knee.

According to Art Stapleton of the Bergen Record, New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks has been listed as doubtful for Sunday night’s match up with the Eagles.
It will be interesting to see whether the Giants decide to start Domenik Hixon or Ramses Barden in Nick’s place.
As the New York Giants continue to deal with a bunch of injuries, the good news is that running back Ahmad Bradshaw (neck), wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (foot), and cornerback Michael Coe (hamstring) were back at practice today.
Bradshaw did mentioned that his neck feels great, but it could flare up again at any time.
There’s no doubt in my mind that both Nicks and Coe will play...
According to Jenny Vrentas of the Newark Star-Ledger, the New York Giants have ruled out wide receiver Hakeem Nicks for tomorrow night’s game against the Eagles.
Look for both Ramses Barden and Domenik Hixon to pick up the slack in Nicks’ absence.
Hakeem Nicks don’t dress this nice Juan…
Ramses Barden was a name that only the most die hard Giants fans knew just a couple of weeks ago. He looked like a bust after 4 seasons of disappointment, but filled in for Nicks nicely. He will have to do it again against the Eagles, so let’s see if he can repeat his magic.
